Shipping takes place after order receipt and is usually processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times are listed below.

For orders with a value of €49.00 or more, shipping within Germany is free for you.
We ship exclusively with DHL or a comparable shipping service provider. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, which you can use to track your package online at any time.
Delivery to a DHL Packstation or post office is possible. Simply enter the corresponding address with packstation number or branch number when ordering.
Direct delivery to Austria or Switzerland is not possible via our shop. For customers from these countries, we recommend using forwarding services such as MeinEinkauf.ch or AllesPost Deutschland. In this case, you conclude a separate contract with the respective service provider; any additional costs are borne by you as the customer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by email with the tracking number. Via the tracking link, you can view the current status of your delivery at any time.
After completing your order, you will immediately receive an automatic order confirmation by email. This confirms receipt of your order with us.
As soon as your order is ready for shipping and leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Delivery is usually made to the delivery address you provided. If you are not present at the time of delivery, the delivery person will leave a notification. The package will then be taken to a nearby post office or packstation where you can pick it up within the next 7 business days.
