1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Klarna (Instant Bank Transfer, Invoice, Direct Debit), and bank transfer in advance. All payments are processed via secure, encrypted connections.

2. How do the satin blouses fit?

Our ФNYX satin blouses fit true to size. We recommend ordering your usual clothing size. For a detailed overview, you will find our size chart with measurements in centimeters on each product page. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us – we will help you choose the right size.

3. Are the pants available in plus sizes?

Yes! Our ФNYX women's wide-leg pants with square buttons are available in various sizes, including plus-size options. We want every woman to feel comfortable in our elegant designs – regardless of clothing size.

4. How do I properly care for satin blouses?

For long-lasting durability of your ФNYX satin blouse, we recommend:

  • Hand wash or gentle cycle at max. 30°C
  • Do not bleach
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Iron at low temperature on the reverse side
  • No dry cleaning

5. Where are the products manufactured?

Our ФNYX collection is produced in carefully selected production facilities that guarantee high quality standards and fair working conditions. We place great emphasis on sustainable production and high-quality materials such as flowing satin and breathable fabrics.

6. How long does shipping take?

The processing time is 1–3 business days. Delivery time within Germany with DHL is usually 2–5 business days. For orders over €49, shipping is free. Below that, we charge a flat rate of €3.90.

7. Can I cancel or change an order?

Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you can return the package within 14 days of receipt. For changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible by email or WhatsApp – as long as the order has not yet been processed, we may be able to adjust it.

8. What is your return policy?

You have 14 days to return items in flawless condition with all labels attached. Please note that worn, washed, or damaged clothing as well as underwear items without labels cannot be accepted for return. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer (€3.90 will be deducted from your refund).

9. Do you ship internationally?

We only ship directly within Germany. For customers from Austria or Switzerland, we recommend using forwarding services such as MeinEinkauf.ch or AllesPost Deutschland. Please note that deliveries to non-EU countries may incur additional customs duties and import taxes.

10. How can I track the status of my order?

After shipping, you will receive an email with your DHL tracking number. Via the tracking link, you can view the current status of your delivery online at any time. For questions about your order, you can reach us by email, WhatsApp, or Instagram.
